How does it work
myProfile allows users to make an advanced talent profile. The profile consists out of regular text, video, photos, social media profiles and document uploads. The profile can be maintained easily and tailored to specific roles by simply toggling the profile fields on and off. Still not convinced? Users also receive viewing statistics, they can ask reviews and can send their profile with a link to hiring managers.
Hiring managers are supported with a hands on recruitment dashboard. Based on notifications and overviews you can see who liked your opportunities and who actually applied. Found your match? Simply get in contact through mail or direct messaging. Too many matches? No worries, you can also create and manage your personal talent pools!
On the platform, different types of content can be displayed. Users are able to create news articles, create & apply on vacancies, register for events and search whatever they like. Certain content on the platform can also be shared on the most used global social media platforms. Already got a content database? That’s perfect, we can integrate your content database to our platform.
Users of the platform create their personal matching profile. Based on the matching profile, candidates receive content that is in line with their needs. Users find matched opportunities in their personal timeline and through a notification system. The only thing the user has to do is to click on “apply” or “like”. This will not only make matching more fun but also more personalized & effective!
On the platform, users are able to ask for feedback on their matching criteria. Furthermore, users are able to ask for general recommendations on their experience. The will lead to a validated profile that increases matching quality. Feedback can be asked easily through a preformatted email. Afraid that your employees are not in control? Don’t be, employees can manage their received feedback by simply turning it on/off.
