In several conversations I had with HR directors or managers, there was a great lack of understanding that they didn’t see the talents of their employees. They couldn’t find the data in the big systems they work with. This lack of insight is a great risk at the moment. Many organisations have transformations coming up and then you really need to know what kind of talent you have on board. In general it is always important that colleagues can find each other based on their talents to achieve synergy during different business transformations.
