Recently, Blue Carpet celebrated that Tiptrack’s is available for all the Dutch employers in this year. An important addition to the tool is an advanced webshop for depositing and spending election- and training budgets. With the Tiptrack-app from AWVN, it’s possible for Dutch employees to manage their own career. In the meantime, there are 700 active users of the app.

This collaboration started in 2015 with the design and development of this mobile application. The purpose of the app is to activate the employees so they will be able to manage their whole career. Tiptrack is a sort of a diary for good and bad days.
From bad day to smile.
Tiptrack has both an app and a desktop version. De employees can rate their workdays, and by personal tips they will get insights into their own situation. Through this, the employees are stimulated to make plans for the future. Based on your score of the day, you will get tips, tools, and relevant information that can turn your bad day into a smile!
In the autumn of 2016, there were a few pilots from Tiptrack at 11 different companies, like KLM, YoungCapital and Achmea. Enterprises and mid-sized companies with a diverse population, thinking of demographic or cultural background, have joined the pilots. The feedback has been processed and now the app is ready to be launched nationwide.
